I’m Daniël from Shot By Sylla, based in Lelystad, specializing in corporate photography for organisations that want authentic, recognisable images for communication and presentation. My work grew out of a passion for capturing moments in nature and at festivals; I bring that same drive and sense of timing to telling corporate stories in a strong and honest way. As a corporate photographer I focus on business reportages, corporate portraits and staff photography. My approach is observant and goal-oriented: I look for the natural rhythm of your organisation—whether in an office, on location or during an event—and capture those moments with attention to composition, light and emotion. Years of practical experience, formal training at the photography trade school and professional post-processing in Lightroom and Photoshop ensure every image is technically and visually consistent. I have worked with clients and on assignments across Flevoland and beyond, including projects for Staatsbosbeheer, Provincie Flevoland, Floriade and Allard Pierson. Those assignments taught me how important it is to quickly connect as an outsider, to combine a discreet presence with decisiveness when creating strong images, and to catch the essence of a situation with the right timing. For corporate portraits and LinkedIn photos I prefer a relaxed setting so employees feel at ease. A business portrait doesn’t have to be static or cold—my aim is to create a professional look that remains personal and approachable. For team photos and staff sessions I provide clear direction and a calm workflow so the result is representative and consistent across the organisation. I operate from Lelystad and serve Flevoland and the surrounding area. My process always starts with a meeting: we discuss goals, style and practical requirements so the shoot aligns with your brand appearance.
