We start with a short introductory call to align wishes and expectations. Together we choose a location that fits your brand — at your office, outdoors in nature or another place where you feel comfortable. On the day of the shoot I create a calm, relaxed atmosphere; I believe that a relaxed start (sometimes with a cup of coffee and a good conversation) produces the best photos. During the session I give gentle guidance so everyone feels at ease and interactions stay spontaneous. I use technique and post-processing to enhance the right mood: subtle retouching, a timeless color tone and, when appropriate, a mix of color and black-and-white images. The result is a set of professional files ready to use for LinkedIn, your website, press materials or internal communications.
