I am Guy Ackermans — a corporate photographer based in Wageningen with a clear focus: visual content for businesses that is both functional and recognisable. My work is aimed at companies and organisations that need professional business portraits, imagery for websites, annual reports and LinkedIn profiles. With a calm, documentary approach I capture staff and workplace situations without fuss, ensuring images feel natural and remain practical for communication and publication. Why choose me? That experience translates into an efficient on-location approach: clear briefing beforehand, attention to your visual identity, and capturing the moments that support your story. How I work: we begin with a short briefing conversation — what do you need and what message should the images convey. During the shoot I take atmosphere, composition and the practical usability of the photos into account (web, print, social). I work discreetly, either solo or with a small team, so daily operations are disturbed as little as possible. After shooting I deliver the selected images securely via Jottacloud, a service with data storage in Norway and subject to European privacy regulations, which guarantees practical and reliable delivery. As both photographer and educator I also run workshops in collaboration with Foto Leenarts — from macro and field workshops to image editing. That teaching experience sharpens my ability to communicate clearly with clients and teams, build trust quickly and get the best out of people and situations. Although corporate photography is my primary speciality, I occasionally photograph events and natural elements when they are relevant to a commission.
