I’m Laura van der Burgt and I work as a specialised corporate photographer based in Roosendaal. My focus is on corporate photography and business portraits: images that are not only attractive but also clearly communicate who you are and what your company stands for. With training from a photography school and years of experience in portrait and business photography, I translate your mission, atmosphere and professionalism into photos that work online — from LinkedIn and your website to proposals and marketing materials. My approach is built on visual storytelling. That means I look beyond a standard headshot: I search for the small moments and details that underline your authenticity. Together we determine the look that suits your business best — business casual, creative, or more strictly formal — and translate that into a consistent style, color palette and lighting that you can apply across your website and social channels. Image styling, attention to clothing colors and working with light are fixed elements of my process so you feel confident and relaxed during the shoot. How we work: we start with a personal introductory meeting (complimentary), where I listen to your story and goals. Often we work with a moodboard so I clearly understand the images you have in mind. On location — at your office, in the nature around Roosendaal or in another fitting setting — I create a relaxed atmosphere so spontaneous and recognisable portraits emerge. After the shoot I deliver edited photos with a consistent look, suitable for LinkedIn, websites and marketing materials. If you need ongoing content, I can also build an image library so you always have fresh visuals ready. I primarily work with freelancers, small businesses and bed & breakfasts in the region, and it’s important to me that clients feel seen and at ease. Besides my main work as a corporate photographer, I occasionally run smartphone photography and visual storytelling workshops — but my expertise and passion remain with business photography and corporate portraits.
