Hi, I’m Martine Altena — a photographer from Wierden with a love for light and genuine connection. As a business photographer I focus on corporate portraits and professional images that convey the personality and professionalism of you and your team. My work aims to produce images that inspire trust: suitable for LinkedIn, company websites and communications; but above all honest and human. What sets me apart is my calm and gentle approach. I believe the best business portraits emerge when people feel at ease. That’s why I start with a personal intake conversation: we discuss who you are, what you want to convey and which setting suits your organization best. I also offer guidance on clothing and colour choices so the photos integrate seamlessly with your brand and visual identity. Style and execution: I prefer working with natural light and, where possible, choosing locations that convey calm and authenticity — from a professional corner on-site to a serene outdoor environment. This preference for natural light yields warm, timeless portraits with attention to facial expression and eye contact. For team sessions and individual portraits I give small, clear directions so even those who don’t enjoy posing appear spontaneous and confident. My working method is personal and professional: a pre-shoot intake, a relaxed session at a mutually chosen location and careful editing of the images afterwards. After selection and retouching you receive the photos via a secure online gallery. I aim for images that not only photograph well, but genuinely communicate who you are as a professional or organization. As the winner of an international portrait competition (Clickin Moms, Human Face 2016) I have an eye for subtlety in portrait photography.
